Under no circumstances shall SCDD be held liable for any delay or failure in this Website and/or any of the Services and/or information on the Website directly or indirectly resulting from, arising out of, relating to or in connection with events beyond the reasonable control of SCDD, including, without limitation, internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, governmental actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties. The provisions of this paragraph are in addition to, and not intended to limit or modify, the limitation of Limitation of Liability section as stipulated above.

Cancellations Policy
Once a fee is agreed upon, depending on the project the full amount will be paid upfront through credit card or e-payment (usually for smaller projects), or half can be paid upfront on more larger complicated and expensive projects, where payment plans may be agreed upon. The money that has been paid is non refundable, but with good reason you can opt out of paying the rest of the money, which means you will not get the finished product. This also depends on how early you let SCDD know, because if it has almost completed or completed the work at hand, then we will ask for the full amount agreed upon to be paid because of the time used for this.
Limitation Of Liability
Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any advice, goods or services you receive from us.
SCDD reserves the right to change or update this disclaimer notice, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time without notice. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
